Web Flow Base does not sell Marvel NFT comic covers, does not run a payment cart, and does not take card details through this website. A refund discussion only arises if you later commission a written note through email or telephone and pay an invoice issued outside the site.
Written notes
If we agree to write a weekly spotlight, a credit brief, a chase-ratio explainer, or a chronology map, the deliverable is text. If we fail to deliver that text within the period named in the email confirmation, you may request a full refund of the invoiced fee by writing to info@webflowbase.click.
If a delivered note contains a transcription error in the marketplace title or a mislabelled print analogue, we correct the file at no extra charge. A difference of opinion about artistic quality is not a defect.
When a refund is not appropriate
We do not refund curiosity. Reading public rack notes is free. We do not refund marketplace listing prices, gas fees, or any amount paid to Veve or another platform, because those payments never pass through Web Flow Base.
Changing your mind after a chronology table has been researched against a long title list is not an automatic refund. If work has already begun, we may invoice for hours actually spent, as stated in the confirmation email.
How to ask
Send the invoice number and the title of the cover note to info@webflowbase.click, or telephone +44 20 7946 7690. State whether you want a correction or a money return. We respond using the same channel.
Timing
Approved refunds of invoiced research fees are arranged through the same off-site method used for the original payment, usually within fourteen days after we agree the note was not delivered or was materially wrong on a verifiable fact.
This policy does not create a shop, a subscription, or a digital download of collectible files.
